Disaster Relief

Once again, we are experiencing natural disaster in the North Valley,first the fire storm in Redding this summer, now Paradise. If you live there, our thoughts, prayers and support are with you. If, like me, you are on the edges feeling helpless, know that you are not alone. However, we are not helpless, we can donate to local agencies, or if you have special training, such as health providers, there is an immediate call for assistance from Enloe Hospital in Chico.

If you'd like to meet for yoga class on Satuday, we will offer a centering practice and after can discuss possible ways to help our neighbors from Paradise. Please contact me if you're interested. Namaste.
