About Me

I'm a 200 hour trained yoga instructor with emphasis on trauma-sensitive classes.  I have a B.S. in Physical Education and have maintained an active lifestyle.  I practice yoga, run, ride, and strength train on a regular basis.  Just as no two people are alike, no two yoga poses are alike; exploring our individuality enhances self-awareness.   An active lifestyle contributes to health and sense of well-being that benefit us as we age.

 Beginner level, small class size.  Hatha Yoga helps improve many aspects of life, including flexibility, balance, strength and sense of well-being.  As the mind and breath become united in focused attention, the relaxation response is initiated.  No experience necessary, begin where you are.

I am available for private instruction in your home or my home studio. If you have special needs or concerns about practicing yoga, we can work together to create an individualized practice.
